Luggage storage only 5 minutes from the Zaanse Schans

Our luggage storage is situated inside our Zaanse Schans INFORMATION POINT (link). This point is also a souvenir store. All passengers who arrive by train at station Zaanse Schans will walk towards our location. A very import thing to know is that this bagage storage is only open during our opening times, and these are made clear on our GOOGLE MAP TIMETABLE. So please check this first befor you come to us. Our staff will help you with your luggage. The proces is simple, you will handover your luggage, pay our staff with card or cash, and you will be handed a pickup receipt. Our staff will kindly remind you to remove money, bankcards and passports out of the given luggage. We cannot take responsibility for these items. From this point on you can enjoy your stay at the Zaanse Schans Area.

Luggage storage Zaanse Schans station

On the platforms of Zaanse Schans station there is no luggage storage. BUT 5 minutes down the street, when you already are walking towards the windmills, you will see our beautiful STORE (link). The train station Zaandijk Zaanse Schans is one of the main gateways towards the windmills. And a lot of people who just arrived from the airport or just checked out of their hotel wonder around with heavy luggage. For most of them it feels like a relief, that they can drop off their luggage with our staff. Also people who have to wait to check in for their Zaan B&B location. For them it’s really nice to start the day without their bagage.

Storing your bagage additional information and rules

To pick up your luggage you have to check our closing times really good. Because when we close and you are not there for the pickup, we will call you. Prices luggage storage

The prices for storing your bagage are;

€ 5,- euro for a large suitcase or big backpack (the price is for the full day during our opening and closing time)

€ 3,- euro for a small handluggage trolly, small backpack. (the price is for the full day during our opening and closing time)
